Classes & Programs

Ba Gua Yoga is a combined modern/ancient wisdom stillness and movement practice formed from a synthesis of east, west, old and new. It differs from Indian yoga in postures being guided by Chinese medicine-warrior principles. It differs from traditional Qi gong in its focus on consciousness (versus energy) as the path for self-integration, balance, renewal and spiritual growth.
